Andrea wasn't progressing much, so the nurse placed an internal monitor to measure her contractions, only to find out that her contractions weren't as strong as they had thought. Now that we know that, they have upped her dose of pitocin.

Now that most of the amniotic fluid has drained, Andrea's stomach is much smaller, and the shape of the baby is very obvious. He is very much hanging out on her left side as evidenced by the photo.

The nurse predicts he will be here by noon. I'm not so sure.
